These flavorful cabernet oak smoking wood chips are made from all-natural smoking woods and will add wonderful flavors to your food. The wine soaked cabernet oak from Charcoal Companion is one of our most popular woods! Simply soak chips for 30 minutes to an hour. Drain and place the soaked wood chips in the cast iron smoker box - or even aluminum foil. The place the box on the heated pumice rocks or briquettes and under the cooking grates. That's it!
