If you have tried "tying up" your bird after stuffing it, then you will appreciate this handy little tool. Made from ever lasting stainless steel, this jewel will hold the skin together easily. Simply hold the skin together as you pierce it with the lacer. Turn clockwise as you continue to pinch the skin together. Continue turning until the opening is closed and everything is snuggled up nicely. Cook the turkey or chicken with the lacer in place. When the bird is finished, remove the lacer by turning in a counter-clockwise direction. Dishwasher safe! SIZE: 4 3/4 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide at the base.
